In this article I assume you already have hosting and domain name for your blog.
This is the easiest way to setup your own wordpress blog in other words self-host.
- Login to your CPanel and locate the Fantastico icon as shown in the picture below :
- Fill the required information as I show in the picture below :
Click on the “install wordpress”.
Next just follow the instructions provided.
Only need 3 / 4 click to set your own wordpress blog. Easy, right?
To login: http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin
You do not need to take some time to think about what to fill in the “Site Name” and Description that you can edit later in your wordpress dashbord.
Similarly, in the admin email, I prefer to use a gmail email that I use now because each notification will be continued to the email that I use day-to-day. Easier for me to manage.
