They respond to my email very fast, sometimes within minutes. What I like most is their Live Chat! Awesome! They are always ONLINE, so it's easy for me to get any support, even at 3am!!! But too sad, they don't have hosting plan with Unlimited bandwidth... otherwise, I would have bought it from them too. Hope, they will improve on that part.
